Login Name and Password

Currently, there are two ways for you to get your login name and password. If you are a teacher or an administrator of your organization, you will receive an email with your login name and a link to creating your password. If you are a parent of a child using our service through a learning organization, you will either receive an email with your login name and a link to creating your password or your child's teacher will send you an autogenerated login name and password combination. Please see the instructions that correspond to your specific use scenario below.

We do not currently provide a so-called self-service account creation. This means that in order to access the service, you always need to be invited a teacher or an administrator using the service. If no one in your organization has administrator access to our service, please contact our customer support. You can find their contact information here.

Email Login Credentials

Below is an example of an email that you should receive after someone invites you Moomin Language School. If you know that you have been invited to the service but cannot find the message in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Open the email titled “Welcome to Moomin Language School”. It includes your login name (in most cases your email address) and a link to creating your password.
When you click the link, you will be directed to a web page and asked to accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
To create a password, enter it twice and click “set password”.

These credentials can be used to log in both in our mobile application and our Webtool at https://tools.moominls.com. If you are using Moomin Language School in China, go to https://tools.foxling.com.cn to access our Webtool.

Autogenerated Login Credentials

If the organization through which you are subscribing to Moomin Language School has opted to use the so-called autogenerated credentials, a teacher or an administrator in that organization will send you your login name and password.

The format of the autogenerated login name is student-ID where "ID" is a random string of six characters and digits. Your password will consist of a string of six random characters and digits. These credentials can be used to log in both in our mobile application and our Webtool at https://tools.moominls.com for the learning report. If you are using Moomin Language School in China, go to https://tools.foxling.com.cn to access our Webtool.

If you have not received your login credentials, or you forget your password, please contact a teacher or an administrator in that organization so they can send you your credentials or generate a new password.
