Moomin Language School sends automated monthly reports to parents whose email address has been added to their child’s profile in Moomin Language School’s Webtool. A teacher or an admin can add the parent’s email address to the child’s profile following the instructions below.
The report shows how much time the child has spent with the application in the previous month, a summary of the learning content, and the completed chapter tests.
Adding Parent’s Email Address to A Child’s Profile
- In your web browser, go to our Webtool (https://tools.moominls.com) and log in with your admin credentials.
- Go to ORGANIZATION in the top navigation bar, then go to Groups on the left side.
- Choose the group where the student is to whom you want to grant home access. Click Students and find the child's profile.
- Click on the pencil icon in the top right-hand corner of the child's avatar.
- Add the parent's email address to Parent's email address and click "Submit".
- The parent will now receive an email with their login name and a link to creating their password. However, if they don’t use the application at home, they can ignore this email.
- The parent will receive the first report at the beginning of the next month.

Admins: You will first have to choose the Sub-organization on the left before you can see Groups.
