Moomin Language School offers four ways to track your students’ progress. Each method serves a different purpose, so you can choose the report that works best for you. Let's take a look at each one.

Progress View in the App

This view is perfect for a quick, daily check-in. It gives you a real-time look at how students are using the app.

To use it:

• In the learning app, go to the student (player) selection menu.
• Under each student's profile picture, you'll see a code showing their most recent activity. For example, "W35 D4" means the student last played on curriculum Week 35, Day 4 (as an example, please see the screenshow below).
• If a student has used all their daily playtime, their profile picture will turn gray (please see profile of “Bob” in the screenshot below).

Weekly Progress Reports (Email)

These reports provide a summary of each student's weekly progress for all the groups you teach.

• You'll receive an email report each week. The students are listed in order, from most to least progress.
• The report also shows the number of activities each student completed during the week.

Data Exports from Online Tools

f you need to do a more flexible and detailed analysis of your students' progress, you can export the data from our Online Tools. The data comes as a CSV file, so you'll need a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel to open and work with it.
