There are two different data sets available for exports: scores data, and user data. In short, the scores data tells you each time the students in your organization have used the mobile app during the chosen time period, whereas the user data tells you the most recent login and usage data of users in your organization. You can find more information and instructions for each data set below.

Xuất Dữ Liệu Điểm
A single score is generated when a student completes one exercise unit (i.e. daily study unit, a weekly extra exercise, or a chapter test). With scores data export you can export all scores recorded within the organization during the selected time period.
Khi học sinh hoàn thành một đơn vị bài tập (tức là bài học hàng ngày, bài tập thêm hàng tuần hoặc bài kiểm tra chương) sẽ được 1 điểm. Với tính năng xuất dữ liệu điểm số, bạn có thể xuất tất cả các điểm số được ghi lại trong tổ chức trong khoảng thời gian đã chọn.
Xuất Scores Data
- Trong trình duyệt web của bạn, hãy truy cập Webtool của chúng tôi (https://tools.moominls.com) và đăng nhập bằng thông tin đăng nhập quản trị viên của bạn.

- Sau khi đăng nhập, hãy chuyển đến ORGANIZATION ở thanh điều hướng trên cùng.
- Nhấp vào "Advanced actions" ở giữa trang.
- Chọn ngày bắt đầu và ngày kết thúc của tập dữ liệu bạn muốn xuất.
- Nhấp vào EXPORT SCORES (.CSV FILE) để bắt đầu xuất và tải xuống dữ liệu.

The downloaded .csv file - "mls-score-export.csv" - can be opened e.g. in any version of MS Excel for further processing. The contents of the scores data .csv file are explained in the following table.

Xuất dữ liệu người dùng
With user data export you can export records of all user accounts within your organization. In addition to basic user account information, this data set contains recent login and usage information of each user account.
Với tính năng xuất dữ liệu người dùng, bạn có thể xuất các bản ghi của tất cả các tài khoản người dùng trong tổ chức của mình. Ngoài thông tin tài khoản người dùng cơ bản, tập dữ liệu này chứa thông tin đăng nhập và sử dụng gần đây của mỗi tài khoản người dùng.

deleted | When a user account is deleted, the date of deletion is shown in this field. The user account will remain in our databases for 30 days from the date of the delete. After that all personal data associated with the user account will be permanently and irrevocably erased from our databases. |
